Inspire and encourage young people to be part of our future health and care workforce
The Bradford district and Craven health and care Ambassador Scheme launched on Tuesday 30 April 2019. The scheme has been setup to inspire and encourage young people to join the health and care workforce of the future.
The launch was a culmination of 8 months' work and the two sessions were held as a thank you and celebration for the 44 people from across the district who have signed up so far. The event also saw the launch of our new promotion and marketing materials to use at careers events, using our shared vision for health and care in Bradford district and Craven—Happy, Healthy at Home.
If you are interested in becoming an ambassador to help inspire young people please contact Gillian Wilson - firstname.lastname@example.org
We are particularly looking to increase the number and range of ambassadors from general practice and community care, social care and the voluntary sector, and in occupations such as medicine, midwifery and dentistry.
